Senior Technical Consultant – IT Infrastructure

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Consultant with strong infrastructure and support experience
to manage client networks, Office 365 environments, and IT operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support for end-user desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks
• Manage Office 365, Azure, security tools, and system monitoring
• Handle technical escalations, project planning, and client documentation
• Coordinate software deployments, patches, and updates
• Engage with clients for troubleshooting, support, and IT consulting

Key Skills& Competencies:

• Office 365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server, Azure AD, Active Directory
• Networking and firewall knowledge (WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWall a plus)
• Experience with managed service tools (ConnectWise preferred)
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Requirements:

• Any Microsoft 365 or Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-700, MS-500)
• Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) preferred.
