SureEvents offers Customised Recruitment Services (CRS©).
We have a methodology for CRS©, that engages with the Client to map the requirements and there starts the difference. SureEvents does not build on fixed costs beyond what is needed. We believe that Collaborative Partnership with Industry Service Providers, enables Flexibility and Nimbleness in getting the right solution at very reasonable costs.
As part of the the CRS© model SureEvents works with Associates with whom the company has formal and informal agreements and arrangements. SureEvents has empanelled various Service Providers covering different skill requirements. These partnerships are the foundation of its belief that collaborative participation is not only effectiveness but also cost effective. CRS© ensures flexibility and alertness. Our associates are leaders in their own fields and bring expertise.
Founder's Profile
Mini Sivasankaran, has over 20 years experience in Recruitment, Consulting, Lateral Hiring, Exclusive Recruitment Events like Job Fairs, Off Campus Hiring events and Customised IT / ITeS Recruitment Fairs. Has exposure in preparing company specific recruitment plan and managing recruitment events on a large scale for IT & ITeS MNC Clients.
Mini has been in the forefront of Customised recruitments in Kerala. She has set new standards for the business wherever she has worked in being involved in her own hands-on style from Concept to Execution and Follow up.
She has been associated with several organizations (both Indian and Global) who support Women Entrepreneurship. She has won several accolades as an inspiring Woman Entrepreneur.
She has been a Founding Member of the Management team of one of the Kerala’s prestigious IT Finishing School, set up in Kozhikode, Kerala.
Some of the key accounts handled in her career include IT majors like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, , Accenture, IBM, HP, Oracle, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra.
