Scrum Master

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience who can effectively manage a team of 15-20 developers while leading 3 projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, capable of facilitating Agile processes, removing obstacles, and ensuring smooth team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Ensure Scrum framework implementation and Agile best practices.
• Manage a team of 15-20 developers while coordinating three ongoing projects.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Technical & Soft Skills Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and mentor development teams on Agile best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
