Financial Analyst

Role Overview:

We are hiring Financial Analysts for two key functions: Cash Management and Reporting & Reconciliation. Candidates will be responsible for financial investigations, reconciliations, accounting, and payments processing. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in financial instruments, and proficiency in relevant banking systems.

1️⃣ Cash Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow and payments processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle SWIFT payments, ACH clearing, and cross-border transactions.
• Stay updated on ISO 20022 standards and emerging payment technologies.
• Work with banking platforms like Quantum, Murex, Bloomberg, or Intellimatch.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cash flow discrepancies.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in cash management or treasury operations.
• Systems: Hands-on experience with payment processing tools.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and ability to manage high-value transactions.

2️⃣ Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial reconciliations and reporting with a focus on accuracy.
• Work with fixed income securities, mortgage-backed securities, and derivatives.
• Utilize Bloomberg, Summit, Murex, Quantum, or Intellimatch for reporting and reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Automate processes using Python, Power Query, Power Apps, and Excel Macros.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in financial reporting, reconciliation, or accounting.
• Systems: Experience with trading and reporting platforms.
• Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a focus on automation.
