Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales operations, order processing, and customer support across PAN India. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination, order management, and customer communication within the electrical goods manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, data entry, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations for smooth order fulfillment.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in CRM tools and order management systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical goods (cables, switches, transformers, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering.
