Product Manager

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or B2B technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including existing challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development through iterative cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term goals for the healthcare cloud exchange platform.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prioritize and define product features within a modular and scalable framework to meet diverse user needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders (diagnostic labs, doctors, insurers, hospitals, EHRs) to gather requirements and ensure the platform addresses their specific challenges and needs.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the healthcare cloud exchange platform.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement.
• Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform.
