Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare sector or B2B technology space.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem and its current challenges in data interoperability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential partners across the healthcare ecosystem (diagnostic labs, doctors, LIMS, EHRs, & insurance companies) who would benefit from the healthcare cloud exchange platform.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Craft and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to maximize their utilization and value derived from the platform.
  • Develop and manage key partner relationships to foster long-term collaboration and growth.
