About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive with hands-on experience in HR operations
within the manufacturing sector. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll,
compliance, and employee engagement functions while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Maintain employee records and ensure payroll accuracy
- Oversee statutory compliance and HR documentation
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and exit processes
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- MBA in HR is a plus
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
