Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment oversight, employee relations, and compliance
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation
• Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR reporting

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best HR practices
• Experience in managing teams and handling sensitive employee matters
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
