Team Lead – Service Desk (Finance Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service desk operations for finance-related support (travel, payroll, vendor payments, etc.).
  • Monitor SLAs, ensure first-contact resolution, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Analyze service data and prepare reports using Power BI and Excel dashboards.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, leave planning, and performance reviews.
  • Manage process documentation, internal announcements, and SharePoint updates.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service desk or finance operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Ability to manage teams across shifts; flexibility for night/rotational schedules.
  • Experience in a global or multinational work environment preferred.
