Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the service desk operations for finance-related support (travel, payroll, vendor payments, etc.).
- Monitor SLAs, ensure first-contact resolution, and handle escalations professionally.
- Analyze service data and prepare reports using Power BI and Excel dashboards.
- Coordinate shift schedules, leave planning, and performance reviews.
- Manage process documentation, internal announcements, and SharePoint updates.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service desk or finance operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and CRM or ticketing tools.
- Ability to manage teams across shifts; flexibility for night/rotational schedules.
- Experience in a global or multinational work environment preferred.
