• Develop, customise, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and service catalogues
• Manage incident, problem, change, asset, and CMDB modules on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead configuration, scripting, testing, and deployment across environments
Skills and Competencies Required:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Experience in integrations using REST / JSON and third-party tools
• Ability to lead small teams and handle production support
