Senior IT Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for office staff and visiting missions, covering hardware, software, conferencing, network, and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring compliance with technology standards and security policies.
  • Deliver training, support technology adoption, and maintain vendor relations.
  • Support installation, maintenance, and upgrades of local networks and communications infrastructure.
  • Monitor technology trends and participate in business continuity activities.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies: Windows platform, Microsoft Office, M365 (including Co-Pilot/AI), networking, and videoconference facilities.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS services, and other networking methods.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
