- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle high-end clients.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and property prices.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and answer inquiries.
- Prepare and present property sales documents, including purchase agreements and contracts.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, addressing their real estate needs and providing after- sales support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and clients.
