Sales Executive – Real Estate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle high-end clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and property prices.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and answer inquiries.
  • Prepare and present property sales documents, including purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, addressing their real estate needs and providing after- sales support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and clients.
