Quality Testing Engineer

Job Title: Quality Testing Engineer (Construction Materials)

Work Mode: On-Site

Work Location: Mumbai (Borivali to Bandra Region)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Quality Testing Engineer to perform quality checks and field trials for construction materials such as Cement, Fly Ash, and GGBS. The role involves interacting with site engineers, resolving quality-related complaints, and providing accurate feedback on material performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality testing and field trials of Cement, Fly Ash, and GGBS with prospective customers.
2. Resolve material quality complaints by coordinating with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
3. Provide feedback on material approvals, acceptance, and quality issues in a timely manner.
4. Support the sales team in achieving product targets through technical expertise.
5. Advise customers on best practices for construction material usage and quality standards.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
7. Maintain proper documentation and reports on field trials, test results, and customer feedback.

Technical Requirements:

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers are also eligible).
• Strong understanding of construction materials and quality testing procedures.
• Hands-on experience in testing methods for Cement, Fly Ash, and GGBS is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and provide technical solutions.
• Good communication skills for interaction with site personnel and customers.
