Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage vendors for multiple departments, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. Maintain updated vendor database and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock. Coordinate with departments for procurement needs.

Skills and Competencies Required:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, knowledge of hospitality-grade products and ERP systems, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
