Operations Analyst – FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

• Support techno-financial operations through data analysis, reporting, and basic automation
• Work with financial and operational data to prepare dashboards, reports, and insights
• Assist in process improvements and data-driven operational initiatives

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Exposure to FinTech, financial operations, analytics, or techno-financial roles
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or reporting / BI tools
• Basic understanding of data analytics, automation, or financial systems
• Good analytical thinking, learning ability, and communication skills
