Work Location: Calicut / Remote

Experience : 1-2 years in Recruitment preferably with IT Recruitment experience

Competencies Required:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Role Description

• Screening of resumes and short listing of candidates on the basis of requirements specified and maintaining the internal database.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, Job posting, Mass Mailing, interacting with candidates for job positions.
