Role Overview:
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a reputed freight forwarding company in Mumbai.
The role involves converting inbound and outbound leads, coordinating pricing, and ensuring client satisfaction from enquiry to delivery.
Key Requirements:
• Convert leads through cold calling and proactive outreach
• Negotiate price and services with clients and carriers
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely execution with logistics teams
• Research and revive dormant clients, identify new prospects
• Build strong customer relationships and support delivery feedback loop
• Experience in imports/exports (ocean & air), Inco terms
Skills Needed:
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Sales-driven, customer-focused approach
• Calm under pressure and excellent follow-up discipline
• Organized and self-motivated
• Graduate in any discipline; freight forwarding background preferred
