Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
Drive financial planning, cash flow management, and support business expansion initiatives.
Oversee administrative functions, internal controls, and system improvements.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes, and Indian Accounting Standards.
Experience in financial reporting, P&L management, and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar finance systems; ERP exposure preferred.
Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
