- Oversee check-in/check-out, billing accuracy, and PMS operations.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- 8–15 years of front office experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, guest service orientation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in PMS/POS systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
