Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audits
• Manage cash flow, statutory compliance, internal controls, and financial processes
• Partner with leadership on financial planning, analysis, and business decisions

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and P&L management
• Hands-on exposure to Tally / finance systems and process setup
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
