Data Scientist

Role Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Data Scientist with practical expertise in machine learning, NLP, and GenAI tools.
The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge AI product development in a fast-growing tech consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for telco and business use cases
• Execute NLP tasks like entity recognition, text classification, and retrieval
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical solutions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience building ML solutions using Python, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with NLP and GenAI models (GPT, LLaMA)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and big data (batch/streaming) environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a product-led team
