Key Responsibilities:

• Own campus P&L, drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end campus operations including admissions, academics, and facilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage faculty and administrative teams to ensure high performance

• Strong leadership, people management, and operational control
• Proven experience in P&L management and business growth
• Ability to drive student enrollment, engagement, and retention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
