• Support and drive digitisation of retail SOPs through ERP and retail systems
• Configure, manage, and optimise ERP, POS, inventory, and related integrations
• Coordinate with business teams to automate workflows and improve system efficiency
Skills and Competencies Required:
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred; SAP / NetSuite acceptable)
• Good understanding of retail operations, POS, inventory, and warehouse processes
• Exposure to process automation, system configuration, and integrations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
