Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail stores including hiring and onboarding
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance
• Partner with store managers to support smooth store-level HR operations

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Strong exposure to retail HR and store-level people management
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and people-handling skills
• Organised, hands-on, and execution-focused approach
