About the Role
We are hiring experienced and motivated Telesales Executives on behalf of our EdTech client in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, counseling them on available programs, and driving enrollments through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote and convert leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and admissions targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups and close admissions effectively
- Counsel students and parents on program offerings and career outcomes
- Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools
- Work collaboratively with internal marketing and admissions teams
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or admission counseling (preferably in EdTech or educational services)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (preferred)
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
