Role Overview
We are hiring for a Procurement Analyst position on behalf of our client, a major MNC banking organization. This role involves supporting the Corporate Procurement Category Management team, leveraging expertise in international procurement practices, category strategies, and negotiation to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies based on market trends and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze procurement processes and optimize sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute service procurement at a corporate level.
- Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions, including technology, data privacy, and intellectual property issues.
- Provide insights through data analysis and supplier market knowledge.
Technical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recognized certifications like CPSM or CIPS are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate-level service procurement in international or multinational organizations.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and market trends.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Dynamics, and eSourcing tools.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiating abilities and attention to cultural, technological, and legal contract complexities.
