Role Overview

We are hiring for a Procurement Analyst position on behalf of our client, a major MNC banking organization. This role involves supporting the Corporate Procurement Category Management team, leveraging expertise in international procurement practices, category strategies, and negotiation to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies based on market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze procurement processes and optimize sourcing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute service procurement at a corporate level.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions, including technology, data privacy, and intellectual property issues.
  • Provide insights through data analysis and supplier market knowledge.

Technical Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recognized certifications like CPSM or CIPS are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate-level service procurement in international or multinational organizations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of international procurement practices and market trends.
    • Proficiency in SAP, MS Dynamics, and eSourcing tools.
    • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiating abilities and attention to cultural, technological, and legal contract complexities.
